The Samsung S21 series is here.

No there is no S30 hence in the model naming we know there is no revolutionary change. At least they are frank about it, unlike the time when there is a leap from S10 to S20 but no corresponding generational leap in improvement. The other thing is the use of Exynos. While it is normal for markets outside of US, most would prefer the Snapdragon. The new phone will have the latest Exynos but is it performing on par with the 5-nanometer SD888 remains to be seen. If it is not, are you willing to plonk that same amount of money for the Snapdragon version? Perhaps just wait for some third party/independent test on those chips before deciding. For now, if you are not a keen photographer, the S21 (S$1248) or S21+ (S$1498) should be sufficient and is cheaper than S21 Ultra’s asking price of S$1798. #techtalkxwilz #techgoondu
